Neighborhood description:
ALDER HILL will consist of eighteen townhome style condominiums and is in the core of South Burlington, close to a whole spectrum of services, institutions, and shopping. The neighborhood will incorporate a recreation path which will link to the recreation paths running along Spear and Dorset streets. All roads, water and sewer lines will be city owned. Natural gas and all other electrical, phone, and cable TV lines will be underground.

Before starting construction on Alder Hill, we fine tuned our designs with a panel comprised of past and present Homestead townhome owners and real estate experts, and went back to the drawing board to incorporate their ideas.
