HOMESTEAD DESIGN is proud to offer its latest townhome neighborhood, ALDER HILL. Located in the heart of South Burlington off from Songbird Road, Alder Hill combines a prime in-town location, design and construction excellence. Neighborhood description:

ALDER HILL will consist of eighteen townhome style condominiums and is in the core of South Burlington, close to a whole spectrum of services, institutions, and shopping. The neighborhood will incorporate a recreation path which will link to the recreation paths running along Spear and Dorset streets. All roads, water and sewer lines will be city owned. Natural gas and all other electrical, phone, and cable TV lines will be underground.
