Warranties and Disclaimers
- In addition to “punch list” work which HDI performs at pre-closing, at sixty days, and at eleven months, we provide a one year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship according to definitions established by the original Home Owner Warranty program. Recurring defects identified within the one year time period by the owner will be corrected beyond the warranty period according to the written warranty
